Steve McLean, Founder and CEO
After 7 successful years at EasyTurf, Inc, Steve ventured out on his own and founded TURFWORX, LLC, an Artificial Lawn Supply distributor in San Diego, California. At EasyTurf, Steve managed the development of a nationwide distribution network working with traditional landscape products distributors and also built the relationship with Home Depot to serve as artificial turf service provider for 3 counties in Southern California. Steve departed EasyTurf as VP of Sales in 2018. Prior to his EasyTurf career, Steve was Director of Sales for Hydro-Scape Products, Inc. in San Diego, CA. He served as Sales Representative, Specification Sales Rep, Technical Division Manager, Sales Manager and finally Director of Sales over a 22 year span.
Eric Howard, General Manager
Eric Howard is a seasoned turf veteran with a remarkable track record in the industry. Having honed his expertise during his tenure at EasyTurf (FieldTurf), Eric transitioned to General Manager at TURFWORX, bringing with him a wealth of experience. His dynamic career encompasses the management of an active call center, overseeing warehouse operations, and spearheading field operations for two prominent Southern California turf companies. Eric's dedication and extensive background in the turf sector make him an invaluable asset to TURFWORX and a true authority in the field.
